We are active in Ready Set Read which
encourages reading literacy skills to children. We have regional state and
national meetings that students can compete at. These competitions are
called STAR Events.

To become a member of FCCLA you
must first have been enrolled or be enrolled in a Family and Consumer
Science class at The Waxahachie
Junior High
Ninth Grade
Center or High School
Campuses. The dues are $15
